3. Ordering Process & Contract Conclusion

2. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. This does not yet constitute acceptance.

3. The contract is concluded only when we explicitly confirm the order (by email) or by beginning preparation/delivery of the meals.

4. Prices & Payment

4. If self-pickup is offered, the customer is responsible for collection at the agreed time.

6. Minimum Order & Cancellation

1. We may set minimum order values depending on location or menu.

2. Orders can generally be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery.

3. Later cancellations may incur costs up to 100% of the order value (to cover preparation and purchase of ingredients).

7. Food Allergies & Intolerances

We take great care in food preparation. However, cross-contamination of allergens cannot be fully excluded. Customers must inform us of any specific allergies or intolerances when ordering.

8. Use of Website & Accounts

1. Customers may use social logins or register an account. The customer is responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

2. Misuse of the ordering platform (e.g., false orders, automated bots) is prohibited. We use Google reCAPTCHA for protection.

9. Liability

1. We are liable for intent and gross negligence.

2. For simple negligence, we are liable only for damages from injury to life, body, or health, or for breach of essential contractual obligations.

3. Liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by law.
